Lynn Räbsamen, CFA, is the Chief Operating Officer at Global Swiss Learning, a company at the forefront of professional digital education. With 25 years of experience spanning global markets and industries, Lynn's expertise lies in the intersection of finance and technology. Her journey began in the fast-paced world of derivatives sales and structuring at major global banks, including Credit Suisse and UBS, where she gained deep insights into the financial industry from Zurich to Seoul. Lynn’s passion for innovation led her to Bloomberg in Hong Kong, where she spearheaded a team dedicated to enhancing customer experience across Asia for Bloomberg's financial technology and applications. Lynn holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a General Management Certificate from the Anderson School at UCLA. Lynn actively volunteers for CFA Institute in various capacities, reflecting her deep commitment to the profession. She has been serving on the conferences advisory board since 2019, speaks at events, chairs webinars, and coaches aspiring CFA® Program candidates.
