With a distinguished career spanning over two decades across Middle East, Europe and Africa - Fred is a leader at the nexus of Business and Technology. He holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC), where he specialized in Data Mining and Machine Learning. Fred's foundational work in artificial intelligence began at the Xerox Research Centre Europe, and he went on to apply his expertise at Fortune 500 giants like Amadeus and Amazon. His versatile experience spans numerous sectors—from airlines and retail to fintech and enterprise SaaS—showcasing a rare ability to drive growth across diverse industries.

Since moving to the UAE in 2019, Fred has made a significant impact on the region's digital landscape, notably by building a marketplace venture for Majid Al Futtaim Retail that achieved exponential sales growth. Today, through his own consulting firm, Fred holds a dynamic portfolio of strategic leadership roles, leveraging deep expertise in P&L management, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. He serves as the CEO Advisor for large companies in GCC and is spearheading the development of the Hub7+ AI vertical, with the mission to establish it as the world's most compelling ecosystem for premier AI startups.
