Hamza Khushaim

Hamza Khushaim, CFA, MBA, is a distinguished investment leader with over 19 years of experience in asset management, strategic planning, and portfolio optimization for sovereign and institutional investors. He currently serves as Advisor to His Excellency the Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

Previously, Mr. Khushaim was Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Hassana Investment Company, GOSI's investment manager, from 2015 to August 2025. Prior to Hassana, he held key positions at Saudi Aramco and KAUST Investment Management Company, where he designed hedge fund portfolios, conducted due diligence on global managers, and managed endowments and short-term investments.

Mr. Khushaim serves on several prestigious boards, including as Non-Executive Board Member at Al Rajhi Bank (also on the Executive and Risk Management Committees), Independent Board Member at Seera Group (Audit Committee), Member of the Board Investment Committee at the Arab Investment Company, Board Member at the Pacific Pension & Investment Institute (Program and Membership Committees), and Advisory Council Member at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard Kennedy School. He is a frequent speaker at global forums, including the FTSE World Investment Forum and Milken Institute Summit.

He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA in Finance with High Honors from Michigan State University. An active angel and venture investor, his interests include Blockchain, deep tech, space, and wellness.
